The 100th Anniversary of the original proposal that led to the formation of the HonourableCompany of Master Mariners falls on Tuesday 2nd March 2021. The Honourable Company will mark this historic event with a Celebration that signals the start of the Company Centenary Celebrations.

The evening will comprise two parts - formal and social.
The formal part begins at 19.00 hour promptly - heralded by a Master of Ceremonies. Following an introduction by the Master, a Past Master will celebrate the founding fathers whose industry and vision led to formation of the Honourable Company. The Senior Warden will respond, introducing the Company vision for the future. The formal element will last 45 - 50 minutes and includes several toasts - so please come prepared with your refreshments of choice.

Following a brief interval, the social part of the evening will be hosted by the Company's Young Officer's Committee (YOC). This begins with a general knowledge quiz and (almost certainly) a few surprises. Participants are advised to have writing materials and, of course, refreshments of your choice. This is the Honourable Company of Master Mariners' therefore anything can happen!
